On the occasion of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, an initiative set up by UNESCO, ACC wanted to highlight the work of three women in positions within its Supply Chain team.

Fanny Cinus set up the training department at the Gigafactory ACC in Billy-Berclau when she arrived in March 2023. She explains her career path, and above all the reasons why the 67,000 hours of training provided in 2024 are a small feat.
