ACC’s 4th CSR Report: Promoting Sustainable Mobility with Determination
With the publication of its fourth CSR report, ACC has reached a significant milestone that calls for both reflection and celebration. This edition reaffirms ACC’s role as a pillar of European sovereignty in the battery sector, as well as its longstanding commitment to shaping the future of sustainable mobility.
2025 was a year of continuous learning, marked by a more challenging environment than initially anticipated. But it was also a year of remarkable achievements. Electric vehicles equipped with ACC batteries manufactured in Hauts-de-France are now on the roads—tangible proof that our industrial ambitions are becoming a reality. ACC’s capacity for innovation has once again been proven, with the company ranking among the top 50 patent filers with the INPI. And the European Union’s decision to support ACC through the Innovation Fund is a strong recognition of our role in building a resilient and sovereign battery ecosystem on the continent.
Beyond industrial performance, 2025 brought significant progress regarding our CSR commitments. We have established new core principles regarding the environment and safety, signed an agreement on quality of life and working conditions, and made significant strides in fostering a genuine safety culture within our organization. These are not mere administrative formalities: these actions reflect our deep conviction that a responsible industry begins with itself.
Looking ahead, ACC is entering 2026 with a renewed CSR strategy and a clear roadmap for the 2026–2028 period. The foundations have been laid, the course has been set—and we intend to make the most of it.
