Today we are unveiling our third CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) report, covering the year 2024!

Our mission at ACC is to actively participate in the development of sustainable mobility accessible to as many people as possible and to contribute to European sovereignty in the strategic battery industry. To achieve this, social and environmental responsibility must be fully integrated into the company's strategy, which has been the case since our creation.

We also ensure that our suppliers and our entire value chain comply with the highest standards in terms of ethics, human rights, labour rights and environmental protection. This report demonstrates the commitment of all our teams to pursuing this ambition.

2024 was a busy year: it marked the transition from project mode to large-scale production at our Gigafactory in Billy-Berclau Douvrin. The demands of mastering the industrial process resulted in a steep learning curve, while developments in the electric vehicle market required us to adapt quickly and flexibly.

This new report looks back on the great successes that marked this year: participation in key events, strengthening our position as a key player in electric mobility, equipping several vehicles on the road with our Made in France batteries, and reaching significant milestones in responsible purchasing.

With more than 2,000 talented employees from 54 countries, we are determined to meet the new challenges that are sure to arise in 2025, while remaining focused on our CSR objectives and commitments, which are essential to the success of the human and industrial adventure that is ACC.
