DS Automobiles has just unveiled the DS N°7, the successor to the best-selling DS 7 and the brand’s new premium compact SUV. This vehicle embodies the fusion of French elegance, advanced technology and electric mobility — and we are proud to be playing a direct part in its creation.

The flagship version, the N°7 E-TENSE FWD LONG RANGE, features a 97.2 kWh battery manufactured in the Hauts-de-France region, at our Gigafactory. Thanks to this battery, the DS N°7 achieves a record range of 740 km in the WLTP combined cycle for a compact SUV, and can cover over 450 km on the motorway at legal speeds. These figures make it a benchmark in its category! 

The 160 kW fast-charging capability, which allows for a range of over 190 km to be regained in just 10 minutes, also illustrates the level of performance that our technology makes possible in everyday use.

This collaboration with DS Automobiles and Stellantis reflects our ambition: to produce batteries in Europe that meet the exacting standards of the most ambitious premium manufacturers. With the DS No. 7, a new chapter in electric mobility is being written, and our expertise is one of its cornerstones.
